Tac Care Return and Exchange Policy
In case you wish to exchange or return the product or no longer need it, please contact Customer Service. We will exchange the product or refund your money according to the policy outlined below. Order details and the order number are required to process return and exchange requests, within 14 days from the date of purchase.
The customer has the right to request a product return within 14 day from the order date. The full amount will be refunded within a period not exceeding 14 business days from the date of approval of the request, through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
We would also like to clarify that products damaged due to misuse or used products cannot be returned.
You may return or exchange your purchase according to the following conditions:

If the order is canceled before delivery, the full purchase amount including delivery fees will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7–14 business days.
If the order is returned or exchanged after delivery, the full purchase amount will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7–14 business days, excluding delivery fees, as the delivery service has already been utilized. -
In the case of returning 1+1 offers, 2+1 offers, or discounts on the second item, the entire promotional bundle must be returned.

When returning promotional items, all items included in the offer must be returned, based on their value at the time of the promotion.

The order number and order details are required to process return and exchange services, within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be in their original condition without any changes (such as color changes, missing parts, or damage).

If the order is canceled before delivery, the full purchase amount including delivery fees will be refunded to the same credit card used within 7–14 business days.
The customer must ensure that the delivery address is registered correctly and accurately. Al-Dawaa Al-Tabeei Medical Pharmacy is not responsible for any errors resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.

In case the customer receives an incomplete or incorrect order, whether in quantity or product, please contact Customer Service and provide the requested details for verification. Once verified, the order will be corrected or completed at no additional cost to the customer.

If the customer refuses to receive the shipment from the shipping company and it is returned to us, the customer must collect the shipment from our Riyadh branch or have it re-shipped with new shipping fees. The order value will not be refunded.

If the product arrives damaged due to shipping, the customer must file a complaint with the shipping company, as it is the responsible party for receiving complaints and compensating the customer for the damage caused. Then, please contact us with the complaint number to follow up with the shipping company.
Order Cancellation Policy
The customer may cancel the order and request a refund by contacting Customer Service if the order status is (Under Review).
If the order status changes to (Order Fulfilled, Out for Delivery, or Shipped), cancellation is not possible, as the order will have already been handed over to the shipping company.
